Basics

In the case of a refund, due to ROBLOX taking 30% of sales ACE will only issue back 70% of the original purchase back to the Client. ACE does not issue refunds unless they meet one of the following reasons...

Advertisements not added by ACE

If you submitted your advertisement (not including online slots) promptly on or before December 10th and it was never added by ACE, you can request a refund or that your advertisement slot be pushed to the next airshow date without needing to pay the difference for a slot if it's more expensive.

ACE's expo being canceled entirely

In this case, ACE's expo does not happen entirely and there will be no future events those who have advertisement slots are entitled to a refund request.

Non-Refundable Reasons

If you submit your advertisement after December 10th and it is not added you will not be able to receive a refund as you didn't meet the timely manner requirements. You can request your slot be pushed to the next airshow date, but you would need to pay the difference if the slot is more expensive for that airshow season. Items sold in-game are never refundable.
